Hello! I’m Martyna, and I’m delighted to welcome you to my bakery, where every cake is crafted with my heart, soul, and passion.
Having been diagnosed with celiac disease in my childhood, I vividly remember what traditional flavours should taste like. Unfortunately, gluten-free treats often fell short in both taste and texture. This realisation drove me to create my own gluten-free delights. Right from the start, I found immense joy in baking and cooking, quickly falling in love with the process!
Although it took time and persistence, I finally perfected my sponge cake recipe, achieving the light, fluffy, and delicious texture I had been craving. Many others, not just those with celiac disease, have praised my creations. My white chocolate cakes, in particular, have become a favourite for various celebrations and special occasions over the years.
All my baking and cooking experiences have led me to this moment—offering my gluten-free treats to everyone. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
All our products are freshly baked using Doves Farm ingredients, Callebaut chocolate, and free-range eggs
